You are the creator and all the things manifesting around you are your creations. It is not that all the creations created now and then can be comforting. Sometimes your own creations can spin you and you can be stuck in them. You have the ability to uncreate them as you only created them in the first place.

Believing in your ability to create or uncreate is the basic belief one needs to understand.
You can create new dimensions and you can uncreate old dimensions.
