How are we connected with each other?

Two in a relationship depend upon energy exchange as acknowledgment, inspiration, motivation, understanding, completion, admiration, love, sympathy from each other.

These energies get mixed up and no one knows, who is the cause and who is the effect. This confusion leads to pain. One gets in the painful zone and continues to look for pleasure in the same relationship.

Ideally, one should withdraw one’s energetic projections from the other and direct it to self. Self-fulfillment is the first step before you connect with others. Trying to fulfill yourself with others leaves you empty. Fill your voids and emptiness before your step into any relationship.
