It is equally important to be alone and spare some moments of loneliness for the data to be organized. It is as good as intermittent fasting. The body heals and gets reset in those periods and so do you.
How about the idea of the intermittent period of being alone away from all the sources of information. Just let it settle down. Let there be no barrier reaching out to yourself.
Be alone for a shorter or longer duration to enjoy the bliss of knowing from within.
