How To Overcome The Phase Of Anxiety?- SBHC


In this course of discussion, we will continue with our topic of interest, which is anxiety and aging. We will examine different components of anxiety, which we generally do not think can contribute to anxiety. So, for today’s idea of what brings anxiety into our lives. I will share a short anecdote from my own life.

I was trying to cross a small patch of water,  I noticed there were a lot of stones, which were very hot and slippery. And I noticed that there were lots of stones everywhere. As I cross that water patch, I have to climb around it. Putting my feet on the stones one after the other, as I climb over the water patch. The guy who was observing me suggested to me that I choose the right choice.

At the time, it seemed to me to be the most appropriate thing because if you select the wrong next stone. Which is slippery or hot, or Megan can even hurt your foot, then you might slip and fall. However, the idea of making the right choice in that situation made me a little anxious. Which choice would be the right choice for me?

In order to make the right choice, we feel anxious about whether or not we made the right choice and if it was worth it.

So now that I’m trying to relate that to the life that we all live and observe, that I think that’s the biggest question. We all face all the time, are we making the right choice. And therefore there is a fear of making the wrong decision that we all experience.

Therefore, it makes us anxious, before we make the choice. Once we have made the choice, even then, we keep wondering or we remain anxious, questioning whether or not the choice we made was the right one. As a result, the idea of choosing one thing over the other. Which can be more advantageous, or more advantageous in some way, is one of the things that can cause stress to almost anyone.

Therefore, if we reverse it, then it would mean that there is nothing to pick from if we feel differently about it. Everything is yours. The whole abundance belongs to you. You don’t have to make any choices. You are going to live with whatever, wherever, whoever you want. If you live with that attitude, if you don’t have to make a choice all the time about what is right and what is wrong. If you don’t have to do that all the time, then you will be less anxious.

The best way to relieve anxiety is to follow the following tips

In order to overcome that phase of anxiety about selecting the right choices, it is important to be able to live in the present. This is because the present is the only time and you cannot predict what the next moment will be.

Therefore, you cannot make the right choices when you do not know what will happen. So being in the present moment and enjoying whatever comes your way is the best way to live. Therefore, it is the right choice to make.
