Another aspect of healing is giving yourself healing a touches. In the healing touch, one of the very, very important touch is of emotion surrounds yourself with people, those who care for you, those who love you, and their emotion matters to you. And by being with them, you feel safe, I will not use the word happy.
First emotion in healing is that you should feel safe with someone when you feel safe, and you can start unfolding yourself. This we’re talking in case we are not going for any therapy or for any counseling with any professional, then in that case, be with someone whom you feel safe with and start unloading. Unloading the stress and the burden you’re carrying with you. And you thought that you are strong and brave enough to abandon them. And let’s stop that pretension for some time and then unload.
Unload yourself and tell whatever comes to the surface, do not reason and give logic to that state of mind of yours and say that, Oh, this is not worth telling. This is just such a stupid thought. And this is you know, I don’t know why I’m so sensitive, just tender, be tender with you. Take care of yourself, love yourself. Let yourself Express fully to someone whom you feel safe, who will just listen.

The next step is understand the way it is not more or less. He doesn’t have to sympathize with you, or empathize with you, just be there. Help you make comfortable so that you can express yourself, whatever comes to you. And the moment in that moment just express it. And when you start expressing you will see that emotional release helps a lot. It helps to uplift you your emotional health, your well being, your appetite start coming back. You look at the environment, you see the colors, and you feel happy and alive again.

Having the lifeforce to continue the journey of life is the most important thing. And that lifeforce comes from your emotional health. Healing does not mean that keep feeding yourself with extraordinary and different varieties of food, vitamin, supplements it do not bring result until unless there is an emotional food available on which you can chew as much as you want to. And then emotional food which lubricates you and emotional food, which you are deprived of. And emotional being present next to you with full presence and available in soul, body and mind to help you find somebody like that.
In case you cannot find a therapist or you cannot afford a therapist or a counselor. But find someone who really cares to listen and understand. That is a healing touch. Extremely essential in the journey on the process of healing. Thank you
