Growing Out of Your Comfort Zone!!

I feel the biggest test of knowing whether you are doing well or meeting the expectations of living is to check yourself to see if you are welcoming life or resisting it. When you live day to day, you often seek comfort and, in the pursuit of comfort, you avoid many things that might make you uncomfortable or bring unhappiness or pain. In this process, you resist parts of life and continuously hope, wish, and try to reach a zone where everything is perfect according to your desires.

However, the lesson here is that embracing both imperfections and perfections is what makes life whole. If you start avoiding the possibility of bad relationships, arguments, or sources of unhappiness on purpose, you are shying away from the true test of time. The real test is how well you handle challenges such as evil, criticism, and betrayal. It’s about how quickly you recover from something bad done to you, how fast you return to your normal self, and how easily you bounce back to who you are.

Who you are may differ from person to person, but fundamentally, we are all part of nature and this vast universe, which is created by all of us together. We are responsible for what we create in this universe and should also give credit to what others have contributed. Coexisting with and accepting others as they are, and being okay with that, is the real test of living. So whenever you feel you are doing well, ask yourself: how much are you resisting or welcoming life? That’s the key question.
